About the role-

We are seeking a qualified and experienced psychologist to conduct 1:1 on-demand therapy sessions.

We are seeking several result-oriented and passionate mental health professionals to join our team and help drive our mission of providing high-quality, accessible counseling to patients.

You are qualified to independently practice therapy (Master's in psychology).

You have experience working at or are comfortable working with startups.

Reporting and documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports on counseling performance, quality gaps, and follow-ups.

- Document key challenges, success stories, and recommendations for process improvements.

- Support in developing dashboards and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Program support

- Collaborate with the operations team to improve the implementation strategies and the platform.

- Contribute to periodic review meetings.

- Provide constructive feedback about the platform to the operations team.

Capacity Building and Training

- Identify training needs and conduct periodic skill enhancement sessions for the counseling team.

- Organize and lead the group discussions for the counseling team and listeners.

- Organize and develop training modules on CBT, DBT, crisis intervention, and the use of psychometric tools.

We have a strong, step-wise selection process to ensure we onboard the best mental health professionals. After applying, our team will verify your documents and certifications, if applicable. After that, there would be a screening call with a member of the hiring team. Followed by a mock therapy session with a team member. And lastly, an interview with the founders.
