Job Description

Job Title: Site Engineer

Site Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project execution as per schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed at the site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
Handle basic technical issues and support the project manager in planning and implementation.
Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, material usage, and labor productivity.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
2 to 5 years of proven work experience in construction or site management.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and basic project tools.

Desired Skills:

Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
