Profile: • Ability to connect easily • Excellent spoken English and communication • High energy, spontaneity and drive for results • Willingness to travel Role: • Ensuring 100% effective implementation of wellness programs (dCARE Initiatives) for children at campuses • Enabling teachers to effectively execute programs and engagements for wellness of children at campus • Resolving issues which hinder wellness programs at campuses • Sensitizing teachers to effectively handle issues faced by children • Enabling teachers to support children to enhance their confidence • Counsel children who require support and motivation • Creating content for dCARE Initiatives • Living and communicating the culture and values of the organization.
