Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and reliable PSO cum Bouncer cum Driver who is also a licensed pistol holder. This multi-functional role requires a high level of discipline, professionalism, and alertness to ensure the safety and secure transport of high-profile individuals, manage crowd control, and act as a trained armed security professional.

Key Responsibilities:1. Personal Security Officer (Armed):

• Provide armed close protection to the assigned individual(s).
• Conduct threat assessments and maintain situational awareness at all times.
• Securely carry and operate a licensed firearm (pistol) in accordance with legal regulations.
• Escort clients to and from destinations with full security protocols.
• Respond rapidly and effectively to security threats or emergencies.

2. Bouncer Duties:

• Control and manage entry/exit at high-security locations or events.
• Intervene in potential altercations with calm and force only when necessary.
• Ensure the safety and security of patrons, staff, and property.
• Work with local security staff or police if needed.

3. Driving Duties:

• Drive assigned vehicle(s) safely and responsibly.
• Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Stay updated on traffic laws, safe routes, and high-risk areas.
• Be available for outstation travel or late-night duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Pistol License (Mandatory – must be valid and verifiable)
• Minimum Education: [10th / 12th Pass or equivalent]
• Valid LMV Driving License; heavy license is a plus
• Prior experience in armed security, VIP protection, or related roles
• Physically fit and mentally alert
• Clear criminal background and professional references

Working Conditions:

• Must be available for flexible hours including weekends, nights, and emergency situations

• Must always carry valid firearm license and wear protective/security gear when on duty

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
