Job Title: PRT Teacher (Female)

Location: Dwarka, Gujarat
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 2 – 3 years
Qualification: B.Ed. with Graduation in any discipline (Preferably in English/Science/Math)

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Female PRT (Primary Teacher) to join our team in Dwarka, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to early education and capable of handling students from Grades 1 to 5, nurturing foundational skills in a caring and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach core subjects (English, EVS, Math, etc.) to primary classes (Grades 1–5).
• Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities that align with school curriculum and learning objectives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Use creative teaching methods, storytelling, visual aids, and hands-on activities to enhance learning.
• Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
• Organize class displays, events, and participate in school functions.
• Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement school-wide activities.
• Maintain accurate student records and academic reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed. qualification (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of teaching experience in a primary school setup.
• Female candidates only (as per school’s staffing requirement).
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to engage with young learners.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
