Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated PRT Teacher to join our team who can teach all the subjects to classes uptil class 2. help to create a fun environment and incorporate educational programs that assist in our children’s development. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and teaching the students, developing a curriculum that the children will respond to positively and partnering with our team to enhance the learning environment at our school. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents Create activities that are fun and educational for the children Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, toilet breaks, lunch time and rest time for students Help children develop their social skills, communication, and speech. Use art, music, storytelling, and play to help children express themselves and develop problem-solving skills. Ensure children are in a safe, clean and healthy environment Assess students’ progress through and share the feedback with Parents. Promote positive behavior from children and to assist in establishing good standards of behavior Attending school meetings and any teacher training workshops Required Qualifications Educational : BA, B.Ed · Strong knowledge of On Track Programme Caring and nurturing attitude towards children Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work Experience : 3+ years’ experience working with children in a classroom setting in a reputed school Personal Traits Required · Professional, Proactive and Self-initiator. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Keen to strive for career excellence. · Expressive with good communication skills.
