• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for students of Classes III to V in alignment with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring age-appropriate pedagogy, clear learning objectives, and effective classroom instruction that builds strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.


• Design and implement lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessments that promote grammar proficiency, vocabulary development, comprehension, creative writing, and oral communication while encouraging student participation and critical thinking.


• Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance through regular tests, assignments, projects, and observations; maintain accurate academic records; and provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support continuous learning and improvement.


• Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that supports holistic development, values-based education, and individual learning needs while effectively managing classroom behavior and student engagement.


• Integrate technology-enabled teaching tools, smart classroom resources, and digital platforms to enhance lesson delivery, improve learning outcomes, and align with modern teaching methodologies.


• Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow teachers in curriculum planning, academic meetings, school events, examinations, and co-curricular activities, contributing actively to the overall academic growth of the school.
