Job Description

You will be responsible for implementing and configuring Secure Web Gateway appliances or any cloud-based solutions. Your role will involve working on web filtering policies, blocking malicious sites, enforcing access control policies, and inspecting traffic for unwanted usage. Additionally, you will develop, enforce, and update web usage policies as per organizational requirements. It will be your duty to monitor web traffic and take action as per guidelines into the SWG solution. You will also provide technical support to users experiencing issues related to web access, connectivity, or security events. Strong troubleshooting skills on network layers and protocols will be essential for this position. Knowledge of packet capture and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark/Fiddler) for troubleshooting is required. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure policies align with them will be a key part of your responsibilities. Investigating web security incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing remediation measures as per requirements will also fall under your purview.
