Job Summary -Junior Executive-RCM Services Accounts Receivable Callers play a crucial role in managing the healthcare revenue cycle. They are the primary point of contact for patients and insurance companies regarding unpaid bills. Their responsibilities include explaining billing statements clearly, negotiate payment plans with patients, and effectively resolving billing discrepancies. This ensures that both patients and healthcare providers are well-informed, and that financial obligations are handled efficiently. Accounts Receivable Callers perform duties beyond billing issues. They maintain proper records and follow compliance regulations. Their role includes supporting internal teams with complex problems. They contribute to data analysis to identify billing trends, which helps enhance overall revenue management. Their efforts ensure timely collections. They also support the financial stability of healthcare organizations. Responsibilities: Verifying patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage details with insurance providers. Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, knowledge of healthcare terminologies. Contact patients and insurance companies to collect outstanding balances. Explain billing statements and payment options clearly and concisely. Update patient accounts with payment information and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and account statuses. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursement. Utilize billing software and other relevant systems efficiently. Making outbound calls to patients or insurance companies to follow up on unpaid medical claims. Processing and reviewing medical claims for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving claim rejections or denials. Qualification and Requirement: Graduate in any discipline except B.E. B. Tech. LLB 9 months of minimum experience in international voice process. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to handle high call volume and meet performance metrics. Comfortable to work in night shifts. Knowledge of healthcare insurance and billing procedures is preferred.
