PROSTODONTIST

Role Summary – Prosthodontist:

The Prosthodontist will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and delivering prosthetic and restorative dental solutions. This includes crowns, bridges, dentures, implant-supported prostheses, and full-mouth rehabilitations. The role demands precision, aesthetic sense, and the ability to restore optimal function and appearance for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients requiring fixed, removable, and implant-supported prostheses.
• Perform procedures such as crowns, bridges, complete and partial dentures, veneers, and full-mouth rehabilitations.
• Collaborate with implantologists for treatment planning and restoration of implants.
• Supervise prosthetic laboratory work and ensure accurate shade, fit, and function.
• Educate patients on prosthesis maintenance and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed meticulously.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MDS in Prosthodontics (including Crown & Bridge) from a recognized university.
• Valid Dental Council registration.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; exceptional freshers may also apply.
• Excellent aesthetic sense, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with modern prosthodontic materials, digital impression systems, and CAD/CAM technologies.
