Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations Supervision:
1. Control access to the warehouse, ensuring only authorized clients, their employees, transporters, and visitors are allowed entry.
2. Supervise security and housekeeping teams during all shifts, including night shifts.
2. Client and Vendor Relations:
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of client units (galas), including their staff, customers, and service providers.
3. Property Maintenance & Management:
1. Ensure that all the company properties are clean and presentable for client visits.
2. Regularly inspect warehouse properties including rainy season to identify and report maintenance needs to senior management.
4. Staff Supervision:
1. Manage housekeeping and security staff schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
2. Ensure staff adhere to break schedules, including timely lunch breaks.
5. Administrative Duties:
1. Liaise with local authorities (MTNL, BEST, BMC, Police, BPT) for submitting complaints.
2. Regularly train staff on new procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
