Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Supervisor, located in Bardez Goa. The Property Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing property operations, ensuring that properties are well-maintained, managing budgets, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include supervising property staff, handling Guest inquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with property regulations and standards. Qualifications Supervisory Skills Effective Communication skills Experience in Property Management Budgeting skills Strong Customer Service skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties Relevant certification or degree in property management or related field is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Location: Goa, Goa (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 19/08/2025
