Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Sales Associate in Bengaluru. The Property Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties, conducting property market analysis, generating leads, and managing property listings. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating property viewings, negotiating property deals, providing clients with accurate property information, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, including lead generation and property deal negotiation
• Customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
• Property market analysis and research skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills to manage listings and coordinate property viewings
• Knowledge of legal paperwork and loan assistance processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
