Engineering Assistant – B License Holder

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification
• Valid Electrician Qualification Certificate
• Must hold a B License for electrical work

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily maintenance complaints across electrical, mechanical, and sanitary systems
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and building infrastructure
• Maintain interior and exterior of the building, including furniture and fixtures
• Ensure all equipment (Transformer, AHU, UPS, DG) is in optimal working condition
• Respond promptly to fault requests and perform necessary repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical system failures and hazards
• Suggest replacements for outdated or faulty equipment
• Write detailed electrical maintenance reports
• Adhere to safety and performance standards

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician
• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and National Electrical Code
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Routine Tasks

• Inspect wiring, fixtures, and appliances regularly
• Identify faults and potential hazards
• Conduct repairs and upgrades on electrical systems
• Supervise equipment condition and ensure compliance with safety norms

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, a strong technical background, and a proactive approach to building upkeep.
