Occupancy & Leasing Market available studio rooms through online platforms, brokers, and social media. Manage inquiries, conduct property tours, and convert leads into tenants. Ensure high occupancy rates and minimal vacancy periods. Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations. 4. Community Engagement Organize community events and activities to build tenant interaction. Promote a positive and inclusive living environment.
