Job Description

Role Overview: You will be operating in the residential and commercial real estate brokerage and advisory sector in India, focusing on delivering end-to-end property sales, leasing, and investment solutions across urban micro-markets. This field-first and on-site role is ideal for high-energy sales professionals who can leverage local market knowledge to close transactions and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through walk-ins, referrals, cold outreach, and online inquiries to establish a strong sales pipeline. - Conduct property tours, client consultations, and neighborhood market briefings to match client needs with suitable listings (residential/commercial). - Prepare and deliver accurate property valuations, proposals, and comparative market analysis to expedite decision-making processes. - Negotiate terms, manage offers, and assist clients through booking, documentation, legal checks, and handover procedures. - Maintain updated listing records and client interactions in the CRM system, following a structured pipeline management and follow-up schedule. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide market feedback to influence pricing, inventory, and marketing strategies in your designated territory. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - 2+ years of direct real estate sales or brokerage experience in India (residential or commercial) with a successful track record of closures. - Strong negotiation skills and proven experience in closing property sale/lease transactions from start to finish. - Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent on-site property viewings across assigned territories. Preferred: - Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage pipelines, track KPI metrics, and familiarity with common listing portals and local lead channels. - Understanding of local RERA norms, paperwork, and basic property law documentation processes. - Existing network of buyers, sellers, agents, or channel partners in the assigned city/region.
