Role Overview: You will be operating in the residential and commercial real estate brokerage and advisory sector in India, focusing on delivering end-to-end property sales, leasing, and investment solutions across urban micro-markets. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - 2+ years of direct real estate sales or brokerage experience in India (residential or commercial) with a successful track record of closures. - Strong negotiation skills and proven experience in closing property sale/lease transactions from start to finish. - Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent on-site property viewings across assigned territories.
