Job Title:

Job Summary:

Property Claims Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and process
property insurance claims
from initiation to settlement.
Investigate, evaluate, and validate claim documents, reports, and evidence.
Coordinate with surveyors, investigators, and third-party vendors as required.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate claim records and update systems regularly.
Provide timely communication and resolution to policyholders.
Support fraud detection and risk management processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive smooth claim settlements.

Requirements:

Graduate
2 years of experience
in claims (preferably property/general insurance domain).
Strong knowledge of insurance claim policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Excellent English communication
