Proofreader (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Proofreader to join our content and design team. The ideal candidate should have strong grammar skills, the ability to identify errors quickly, and experience reviewing various types of documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
• Review marketing materials, website content, product descriptions, and internal documents.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand guidelines.
• Identify unclear or incorrect information and suggest corrections.
• Work closely with the writing/design team to improve overall content quality.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English grammar and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify errors in text layout, structure, and formatting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to give clear feedback.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Docs, and basic proofreading tools.
• Experience with design files (PDF, PSD, AI, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
