Prompt Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, craft, and optimize effective prompts for Generative AI models to achieve desired outputs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and developers to integrate AI-generated responses into applications.
• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, coherence, and performance.
• Experiment with different prompt structures to improve model response quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of prompt templates, use cases, and results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4 years of experience in AI, NLP, or software development roles.
• Proven experience in prompt writing for large language models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Java or another programming language is preferred.
• Understanding of GenAI concepts such as context windows, temperature tuning, and model behavior.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
