Job Description

Design, prototype, and iterate prompts to guide language model outputs for various use cases. Evaluate and refine prompt quality through systematic testing and A/B experimentation. Work closely with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to align prompts with product goals. Develop prompt libraries and reusable components for consistent interaction patterns. Monitor model outputs for biases, inaccuracies, or harmful responses and suggest prompt-level mitigation strategies. Document best practices, patterns, and prompt engineering guidelines for internal teams.
