As a Sales Support professional, your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in various activities such as preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations. You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the sales pipeline by tracking leads and following up on inquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, calls, and follow-ups between clients and the sales team. In the domain of Order Processing, you will be tasked with processing and managing customer orders accurately. Your role will involve ensuring timely communication of order details and delivery timelines while liaising with internal teams, such as logistics and finance, to facilitate smooth order fulfillment. Customer Relationship Management forms an integral part of your responsibilities, where you will respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction. Acting as a point of contact between the sales team and customers will be a key aspect of this role. Reporting and Analysis will also be crucial, as you will be required to prepare regular sales reports encompassing sales performance metrics and pipeline updates. Monitoring and tracking sales targets to identify areas for improvement, as well as maintaining and updating the customer database, will be essential tasks. Event and Promotion Coordination will involve assisting in organizing promotional activities, trade shows, or events, and supporting the team in executing marketing campaigns effectively. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, or a related field. - Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: - Experience in customer service or account management. - Knowledge of the industry's products and services.
