Job Description

Key Responsibilities Training Delivery : Conduct engaging training sessions for candidates preparing for Prometric exams, utilizing various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles Curriculum Development : Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including study guides, practice questions, and other resources aligned with Prometric exam content. Progress Evaluation : Monitor and assess candidate progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve their performance. Exam Preparation : Offer strategies for test-taking, time management, and stress reduction to enhance candidate readiness. Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest changes and updates in Prometric exam formats and content to ensure training relevance Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of training sessions, candidate progress, and other relevant data. Candidates Residing nearby areas preferred Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, healthcare, nursing) Experience : Minimum of 1 year in teaching or training roles, preferably in healthcare or exam preparation. Knowledge : Strong understanding of Prometric exam content and formats. Skills : Excellent communication, lesson planning, and classroom management skills. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools. Language Proficiency : Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
