You will be responsible for creating 3D models of parts and sub-assemblies according to the Customer Design Constraints (CDC) and the provided model. Additionally, you will need to establish the bill of materials for the drawn sub-assemblies. Your role will also involve contributing to the development of the compliance matrix, functional analysis, and preparing the justification documents for the design such as Design Justification Document (DJD), tolerance chains, and verification grid. Furthermore, you will be required to develop assembly plans, exploded views, detailed plans, and layout plans. It will be your responsibility to manage the different seat configurations within a cabin based on the validated Preliminary Design Review (PDR) model and provide technical assistance when needed. You will also play a part in the training of draftsmen and contribute to the quality control of the deliverables from the design office. Ensuring the compliance of your deliverables in terms of quality and deadlines is a crucial part of your role. You will need to monitor and report any deviations while striving to achieve your objectives. Familiarity with the relevant internal standards and procedures within your field of activity is essential. You may be required to cover for another designer or draftsman, participate in the company's continuous improvement process (Lean manufacturing), and validate input data with clients based on their requests. Active listening skills and strong analytical capabilities will be key attributes for success in this role.,
