Project/Construction Manager for Global Data Center Projects

Role Overview: You will be joining the design team in Delhi as an Architect, working on projects across India and internationally. Your role will involve delivering projects from concept to construction documentation, collaborating with colleagues, consultants, and client teams to ensure high-quality deliverables using advanced digital tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design authoring and development using Revit models, families, and documentation packages - Producing detailed construction drawings and layouts via Revit - Working knowledge of AutoCAD - Supporting conceptual and freeform modelling using Rhino - Preferred knowledge in Dynamo and Grasshopper parametric modelling - Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams for design and engineering - Contributing to project BIM workflows and data management - Providing design support throughout all project phases, including construction - Participating in client presentations and design reviews - Maintaining high standards of design aesthetics and technical precision Qualification Required: - Degree or Diploma in Architecture - Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience post-qualification - Proficiency in Revit, including family creation and adaptive components - Basic knowledge of Dynamo scripting for design automation - Proficiency in AutoCAD for documentation - Experience with Rhino for concept design and parametric studies - Strong aesthetic design sense with construction support capabilities - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Based in Delhi and available to work 5.5 days per week Additional Details: The company offers a collaborative, design-led culture with exposure to projects in India and abroad.
