Project Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate installation of aluminium doors, windows, and related works at project sites.
• Manage and monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Allocate tasks to fabricators, fitters, and helpers, and ensure proper execution as per drawings/specifications.
• Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure correct usage and minimal wastage.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and provide updates to the project manager.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.
• Handle minor troubleshooting, adjustments, and finishing works at the site.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/ITI in Civil/Mechanical or related field.
• 2–5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in aluminium/uPVC doors & windows, glass, or façade works.
• Knowledge of technical drawings and installation procedures.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within Ernakulam and nearby project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
