Project Specialist - Collection Team

Job Description: You will be working as a Project Specialist in the Finance Collection Team based in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and billing for assigned accounts - Coordinate with internal teams (KLBCoE, Divisions, AR Team) and external stakeholders (Clients) to streamline operations - Monitor and manage unbilled amounts for all RP Client Major accounts - Efficiently resolve and close internal and external queries related to billing and collection Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in business administration (BBA) - Masters degree in business administration (MBA), preferably with a specialization in Finance or Accounting Additional Details: You should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, billing, or project coordination. Skills required include strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred), and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,
