Job Description

Role Overview: The Project Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of decorative paint products by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the companys footprint in the Ludhiana region. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and develop new business opportunities in the project segment. Build strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants. Generate leads through field visits, site inspections, and industry networking. Sales Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Promote the companys range of decorative paints to ensure consistent revenue growth. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Address client queries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Provide timely feedback and insights to the management team to refine sales strategies. Project Management & Execution Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of paint solutions. Collaborate with the technical team for product demonstrations and sample applications. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and project progress. Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and project developments. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. New project acquisitions and retention rate. Customer satisfaction and repeat business. Timely project execution and delivery. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of decorative paints and coatings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and nurture relationships with B2B clients. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. Immediate Joiner
