Project Sales For Interior Company in (Jalandhar,Ludhiana)

As a Sales and Business Development professional, your role will involve driving business growth by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining strong relationships with clients. It is essential to closely monitor the competitor market and develop a robust network with Contractors, Builders, HNI Clients, and Architects. Your responsibilities will include conducting meetings with Civil Contractors, Interiors Contractors, and various stakeholders, achieving sales targets within the designated area, and representing the company in technical and commercial discussions with clients. You will also be required to prepare BOQ specifications, proposals, and proforma invoices, as well as identify upcoming projects and incorporate our products in project BOQs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and sell prospects while maintaining strong client relationships - Monitor competitor market and develop network with Contractors, Builders, HNI Clients, and Architects - Conduct meetings with Civil Contractors, Interiors Contractors, and stakeholders - Achieve sales targets and represent the company in discussions with clients - Prepare BOQ specifications, proposals, and proforma invoices - Identify upcoming projects and include company products in project BOQs - Conduct competitive intelligence activities in the local market - Maintain and follow up with existing clients Qualifications Required: - Excellent closing skills and client relationship management abilities - Effective presentation and communication skills - Previous experience working with Contractors, HNI individuals, Architects, and Project Management Consultants - Experience in the Construction Chemical and Building Material industry - Strong relationships with Builders, Architects, and Contractors - Proficiency in project sales and excellent communication skills This challenging opportunity offers the potential for professional growth and development within the industry.,
