Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Sales Engineer who can understand technical requirements, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into business. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys field interaction, has strong product knowledge, and wants to grow in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet pharma, food, healthcare, and industrial clients for project discussions
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable HVAC, AHU, ventilation, or filtration solutions
• Coordinate with design team for technical offers, BOQs, drawings
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, tenders
• Build strong relationships with consultants, PMCs, and engineering heads
• Conduct site visits, basic measurements, and preliminary assessments
• Present technical capabilities and solutions in meetings
• Track competitors and upcoming projects in the region
• Achieve quarterly inquiry and order targets

What You Must Bring

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Good understanding of HVAC basics (airflow, static pressure, filters, AHUs, ducts, chillers)
• Strong communication and client-handling capability
• Sound technical grasp + willingness to learn specialized systems
• Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits
