project sales coordinator

• Coordinate end-to-end sales operations for project-based clients and long-term contracts
• Handle inquiries, quotations and client documentation
• Prepare and process sales orders, project proposals, and billing documents
• Track project timelines, delivery schedules, and client communication
• Work closely with the sales, logistics and technical teams to ensure on-time project delivery
• Maintain project documentation, sales pipelines, and MIS reports
• Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and satisfaction post-delivery
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects and escalate issues if delays or changes occur
• Support the sales team in meetings, presentations, and client updates
• Assist in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements for sales projects
• 4+ years of experience in project sales coordination / sales support
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and delivery timelines
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM software
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Problem-solving and client-handling abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
