Roles & Responsibilities

Defines & update the project management processes, standards and governanceTracking & reporting status of deliverables & milestonesSupport the adoption of RPA project life cycle day to dayMonitors risk managementCo-ordination of the regular RPA project and program level reporting cyclesCo-ordination of project governance, post project reviewsContributing the quality reviews and coordinating activities in support of quality objectivesEnsure RPA project plans and project documentation are up-to-dateContribute to delivery of RPaaS solution development on time.Adheres to corporate policies and procedures including code of conduct, audit procedures and control related responsibility for financial data entered, stored or reported

Required Skills for this role include:

Excellent communication skillsAt least 3 years recent experience in RPA / Software Development Program ManagementAbility to work in flexible shift hours including night shiftsAbility to interface and work with analysts and managersAbility to work as part of a team and drive the team towards the common goalAbility to work independently with minimal guidanceExperience of program co-ordination/administrationExperience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end RPA project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the RPA project lifecycleExperience of working within a structured RPA project management frameworkKnowledge of project management tools and techniquesAdvanced Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and ExcelUnderstanding of the importance for detail and organizationSkill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertivenessVery good prioritization skills to balance key prioritiesA strong customer centric approach.Strives to do the right thing, not just the easy thingShould be effective in unifying and creating teams of people with disparate skillsIs courageous and decisive, prioritizes effectively, maintains a clear focus and sees action through to deliveryIs energetic, determined, positive, goal focused and consistent - even under pressureBuilds trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances
