Job Description

You will be working as a Project Manager/Scrum Master at Tietoevry Create, based in Bengaluru, India. Your primary responsibility will be to manage project teams both onsite and offshore, and to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and customers. Your role will involve understanding the technology and business needs of clients, participating in planning sessions, identifying areas where the company can support client initiatives, and assisting in achieving objectives. You will also be responsible for driving innovation and digitalization by organizing discussions and workshops, and ensuring operational efficiency between EVRY and clients through delivery reviews. To be successful in this role, you must have a complete insight into engagement and delivery from offshore, understand client business requirements, and collaborate with various teams to develop technical solutions. You will need to manage and escalate issues, risks, and decisions to stakeholders, and build cross-cultural relationships to resolve conflicts effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to anchor delivery review meetings, conduct due diligence tasks, advocate effective architectural designs, and collaborate with different technology domains to provide architecture guidance. Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are essential for this position. Requirements: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline - 10+ years of IT experience with expertise in managing deliveries, defining strategies, and technology direction - Ability to understand business vision and develop technology strategies to meet business objectives - Strong analytical, conceptual, and people management skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills At Tietoevry, diversity, equity, and inclusion are highly valued.
