About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and highly motivated Project Manager / PMO to drive delivery excellence and establish governance frameworks across our offshore and Elite team portfolios. This role is ideal for a seasoned delivery professional looking to make an impact in a high-growth, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of multiple client projects across diverse technology stacks and domains.
• Establish and manage PMO frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and delivery governance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project delivery issues.
• Support resource planning and allocation across the Delivery Teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with UK-based clients and leadership teams.
• Mentor junior members and technical leads in best practices for delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Experience:

  10-15 years in IT delivery and project management roles.
• Proven track record in leading multiple projects simultaneously in a service-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in delivery management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Good to have:

• Experience working with UK/European clients is a strong advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications.
• Exposure to emerging technologies and digital transformation programs.
