As a Business Development Manager / Project Manager at GrocDash, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project management activities, driving business growth, managing client relations, and executing strategies to expand our market presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. - Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints. - Coordinating and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and compliance with project requirements. - Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues proactively to ensure smooth execution. - Driving Agile/Scrum processes and ensuring best practices are followed to deliver continuous value. - Preparing and presenting regular project reports, Excel (Pivot & Vlookup) dashboards, and performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders. - Ensuring project documentation, governance, and change management processes are effectively maintained. - Managing the Entire supply chain management. - Responsible for building and managing city teams from the ground up in the Kolkata food delivery market, quickly enhancing team business capabilities to achieve team goals. - Delivering the Project In Time with limited budget. - Knowledge of Social media ads, Content creation, and Digital Marketing. Qualifications: - Business development, strategic planning, and sales management capabilities. - Project management, time management, and organizational skills. - Client relations, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement. - Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration. - Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
