Project Manager

• Overall experience of a minimum of 10 to 12 years. Excellent client management skills (5+ years of experience in client interfacing role & minimum 2+ years experience in managing client).
• Extensive experience in project/program management, resource requirements and managing resource Defining a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones & activities and managing delivery of the project according to a plan.
• Experience in managing change requests, prioritization & configuration in a fast changing environment.
• Excellent understanding of process management, improvement practices, change management process, operation services.
• Experience managing multiple clients and a global client base with strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes.
• Experience in leading teams located in multiple regions would be an added advantage.
• Excellent articulation skills and should be master of proactive communication and negotiation skills.
• Should act as an efficient bridge between client and the delivery team and tracking the project.
• Should be able to create impressive reports for external and internal stakeholders to manage the perception and raise timely escalation.
• Ensuring project quality control and assurance standards are met when delivering project.
• Project estimation and handling pre-sales calls when required.

Candidate requirements

Candidates from premier institutes are preferred

Managing and technical anchoring of team including their task scheduling, rating and management. Tracking and reviewing the team's performance by conducting periodic review for all the areas and ensuring they adhere to the delivery schedule and other objectives.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
