Job Details:

Forthe below open RR, we will need a Functional ProjectMana g er -about 1 0 -1 4 years experience. The person musthave worked on successful delivery of web applications using multipletechnologies (Reactfront-end , FAST API as backed, NOSQLvector Db, AWS Cloud Infra for deployment , ).

Musthave handled a team of 25-30.

Musthave good experience of working in Agile-Scrum, though at the same timetracking the larger goals of the project.

Musthave excellent written and oral communicationskills and customer facing skills.

Mustbe able to have regular conversations with customers regarding project statusand changing goals.

Mustbe well-versed in Change management and communication of change to the customer

Mustbe an experienced Scrum Mastermanaging JIRA board, Dashboards and detailed sprint reporting. Sprint planning, execution, sprint risk management, Scrum ceremonies .

Guidingthe team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values todelight customers.

Abilityto manage multiple techno functional teams and varied profile team members

Guidingthe team on self - organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in theAgile/Scrum frameworks Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team andorganization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace thatis sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

Buildinga trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear ofblame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing andproblem-solving.

Facilitatinggetting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.

Facilitatingdiscussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

Assistingwith internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiatinginformation.

Providingall support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, andleading by example.

Experiencein budgeting, invoicing is required.
