Project Manager (Web Development)

As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing full-stack web development projects and ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, executing, and delivering multiple web development and technology projects within scope, time, and budget. - Acting as the primary coordinator between the CTO and development teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment. - Providing technical leadership and guidance to developers for improving code quality, resolving queries, and optimizing solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern project management best practices. - Proactively managing project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective resolution strategies. - Tracking KPIs including delivery timelines, cost efficiency, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction. - Driving innovation through the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and best practices. - Mentoring and motivating team members to foster accountability and productivity. To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience, starting from full-stack development and progressing into project management/technical leadership. - Strong coding knowledge in modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Angular/Vue, databases, and APIs. - Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices. - Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, and version control systems like Git. - Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CSM are a plus.
