Project Manager (Web Development)

As a Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading full-stack web development projects and ensuring their successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, executing, and delivering multiple web development and technology projects within scope, time, and budget. - Acting as the primary coordinator between the CTO and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. - Providing technical leadership and guidance to developers for resolving queries, improving code quality, and optimizing solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern project management best practices. - Proactively managing project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective resolution strategies. - Tracking KPIs including delivery timelines, cost efficiency, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction. - Driving innovation through the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and best practices. - Mentoring and motivating team members, fostering accountability and productivity. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience, starting from full-stack development and progressing into project management/technical leadership. - Strong coding knowledge in modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Angular/Vue, databases, APIs). - Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices. - Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) and version control (Git). - Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CSM) are a plus.
