Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in
coordination with stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk/issue logs.
Ensure project delivery aligns with quality standards, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business analysts,
and designers.
Manage client communication, expectations, and escalation handling.
Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Track project KPIs and ensure adherence to SLA, compliance, and governance
processes.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies depending on project
requirements.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer post-project delivery.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Strong presentation and reporting skills.
