Project Manager, Vaccines

As a Project Manager at Takeda in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in strategic projects delivery, particularly focusing on Launch Readiness for the Vaccines Business Unit. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategic Alignment: Prioritize projects in alignment with VBU's strategic goals and assign KPIs. - Resource Management: Ensure projects have necessary resources and competencies, raising concerns if at risk. - Financial Management: Manage budgets responsibly, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Risk Management: Proactively handle risks and track mitigations in the Vaccines ERA. - Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to monitor and advance launch readiness. - Knowledge Management: Establish knowledge repositories and share knowledge across projects. - Governance: Present decisions at appropriate governance bodies for timely approvals. - Transparency: Provide accurate information to support decision-making. - Reusability: Offer templates and best practices to launch or VBU teams when needed. - Delivery Support: Streamline processes, offer training, and mentoring. - Traceability: Manage documentation, project history, and organizational knowledge. Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project status and outcomes. Requirements for this role include: - 5 years of experience in bio-pharmaceuticals project management or relevant commercial roles - Skills in market analysis, conflict resolution, and performance measurement - Critical thinking for complex decision-making - Experience in strategic project management In terms of education and experience, you should have: - 5 years of work experience in an MNC with Healthcare or Vaccines industry experience - MBA preferred, finance background is an advantage - Strong Project Management Skills - BI, insight generation tools, strategy frameworks knowledge - Strong collaboration, documentation, analytics, and digital skills - Comfort with ambiguity, high-impact communication, and stakeholder management - Credible/authentic presence and leadership skills, integrity, honesty, and perseverance This role will involve less than 10% travel and is a full-time position based in Mumbai, India.,
