Job Description

As a Project Manager at LTIMindtree, you will play a crucial role in the US Healthcare domain projects in Hyderabad and Chennai. Your shift timing will be from 3 pm to 12 am, and a one-side cab will be provided for your commute. With 9 to 16 years of experience, you will be responsible for: - Strategically aligning the business vision and objectives with the initiated projects in different departments - Managing the project/program governance framework - Preparing & presenting progress/issues/budget to the appropriate Steering Committee - Facilitating seamless communication flow from Top to Bottom and vice versa for project execution - Managing cross-functional team of resources - Drawing on reason and logic to make a case - Actively seeking ways to improve current methods, systems, processes, and structures - Identifying redundant steps in methods or procedures to bring in best practices In order to be successful in this role, you must have: - Minimum 4 years of core consultancy & project management end-to-end life cycle experience - PMP certification or equivalent training - Knowledge of Healthcare Management, Insurance industry business, and operations - Consultancy/BD Experience with project management - Healthcare Business Analyst background - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment - Capability to work independently with minimal support & supervision - Strong Leadership and Planning skills Join us at LTIMindtree and be part of a dynamic team where your skills and expertise will be valued in driving successful projects in the US Healthcare domain.
