Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Develop, plan, and execute projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Establish and monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Manage resource allocation and workflow prioritization.

Operations Management:

• Implement and streamline processes to improve project efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively develop solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Risk Management & Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot project roadblocks and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor and report project performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on project progress.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status and operational efficiencies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to enhance future performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in project and operations management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP preferred).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT industry.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting systems.
