Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple business units or technical domains.

2.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

3.Develop detailed risk management strategies.

4.Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

5.Ensure adherence to the PMO's project governance framework, including documentation, reporting, and approval processes.

6.Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans where needed.

7.Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

8.Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

9.Support continuous improvement initiatives and PMO best practices.

10.Support on PMO relevant audit activities.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).

2.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

3.5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a structured PMO environment.

4.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).

5.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure devops, TFS or equivalent).

6.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

1.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

2.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3.Experience in stakeholder management and business engagement.

4.Familiarity with project portfolio management and reporting.
