Project Manager (Technical)

You will be responsible for leading Agile development projects and ensuring timely project delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading project planning, defining scopes, milestones, and timelines in alignment with Agile methodologies. - Collaborating with development teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely delivery. - Facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, managing product backlog, and prioritizing tasks with product owners. - Identifying project risks and bottlenecks, and proactively developing mitigation plans for smooth project execution. - Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in Agile development. - Certification in Agile methodologies like CSM. - Experience with technologies such as Python, Java, PHP, React JS, Angular, NodeJs, Next JS, and CMS platforms like Drupal, AEM, Sitecore. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage conflicts, and drive resolutions across teams. - Proven leadership skills in leading development teams and delivering projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
