Job Description

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycle, from initiation to closure
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Conduct regular status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and documentation for executive-level presentations
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Ensure all projects comply with organizational standards, methodologies, and frameworks
  • Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned

Required Skills:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar)
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination
  • Solid understanding of SDLC or business project workflows
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Experience managing IT, digital transformation, or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with tools like Confluence, MS Teams, or SharePoint
  • Exposure to budgeting and financial tracking of projects
  • Understanding of change management principles
