Job Description

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycle, from initiation to closure
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
Monitor and track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Conduct regular status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
Prepare reports and documentation for executive-level presentations
Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to ensure alignment and accountability
Ensure all projects comply with organizational standards, methodologies, and frameworks
Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned

Required Skills:

4 to 5 years of experience in project management
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar)
Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination
Solid understanding of SDLC or business project workflows
Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Experience managing IT, digital transformation, or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, MS Teams, or SharePoint
Exposure to budgeting and financial tracking of projects
Understanding of change management principles
