Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the Retail/E-Commerce domain, you will be responsible for leading and executing technology projects, ensuring successful delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and adherence to project management best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end execution of Retail/E-Commerce technology projects by defining project scope, timelines, and milestones. - Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and design to facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment for smooth execution. - Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership and manage relationships with business stakeholders. - Maintain project documentation, drive adherence to SDLC, Agile, and governance standards, and monitor resource utilization and delivery metrics. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Retail/E-Commerce systems, data flows, and technology impacts to support project discussions. Required Experience & Skills: - Hands-on experience in Retail or E-Commerce domain technology projects. - 7-11 years of experience in managing software/technology initiatives with expertise in planning, risk management, and execution control. - Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar PM tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and proven stakeholder management capabilities. - Preferred qualifications include certifications such as PMP, CSM, Agile, experience with global teams, and knowledge of OMS, POS, e-commerce platforms, and supply chain flows. - Soft skills include high ownership mindset, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage ambiguity effectively.,
