Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Interior Project Manager on-site in Virudhunagar. Your main responsibilities will include expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management tasks related to interior projects on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a B.E. in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering - Should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Interior field within the Interiors vertical - Proficient in interior project planning, scheduling, execution, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) skills - Ability to handle interior execution teams and coordinate with clients - Experience in leading a team of Interior project managers and engineers - Familiarity with sourcing and coordinating Carpenter teams, understanding of fall ceiling works, as well as fixing interior bedrooms, wardrobes, and TV units - Knowledge of quality control techniques and quality assurance - Understanding of drawings and project scheduling - Strong decision-making skills and a solid understanding of Interiors - Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software will be advantageous Qualification Required: - Proficiency in expeditor and expediting skills - Strong project management, inspection, and logistics management skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of interior design principles and materials - Previous experience in the construction or interior design industry,
