Project Manager - Software Development

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Full Stack Development expertise to lead and deliver complex technology projects end-to-end. The role requires technical knowledge with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client-facing communication skills. Will be responsible for aligning business objectives with technology solutions, ensuring seamless project execution, cross-functional coordination, and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

•Define the project roadmap, scope of work, milestones, and strategic deliverables to ensure clear execution pathways.
• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple full-stack development projects within agreed timelines and quality benchmarks. • Drive end-to-end project execution using Agile methodologies, ensuring smooth sprint planning, tracking, and delivery. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, frontend and backend developers, QA, and others, while effectively planning resource allocation. • Collaborate closely with business and internal stakeholders to align on requirements, expectations, and desired outcomes. • Oversee code reviews, sprint reviews, and monitor task updates in Zoho/Jira to ensure adherence to project standards. • Encourage a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous process improvement to enhance productivity and elevate delivery excellence.

• Maintain structured documentation, monitor progress against timelines and milestones, and facilitate proactive communication to ensure seamless project management.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 3+ years in project or delivery management.
• Demonstrated success in managing full lifecycle SDLC projects in a full stack or enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and leadership qualities
• Certifications like PMP / PMI-ACP / PgMP preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Frontend and Backend Technologies
• Sound knowledge of Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• Cloud: AWS / Azure (Optional)
• Familiar with API integration, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
