Skills & Knowledge Required:
>Strong exposure to ASME, ASTM, API, IS, OISD, NFPA, T4S, PESO requirements.>Ability to understand and respond to technical and functional elements of customer requirements.>Proven experience in customer relationship management and building long-term partnerships.>Knowledge of commercial aspects in Oil, Gas & Power sector.>Proficiency in MS-Projects, PowerPoint, and project reporting.Key Responsibilities:>Organize post-order kick-off meetings with the SKID Piping Fabrication team, circulate work orders, define scope of supply, and identify constraints based on contracts/tender documents.>Prepare presentations, progress reports, and project schedules for management and clients.>Oversee Piping spool raw material procurement, vendor selection, and expediting to ensure timely availability as per purchase orders.>Manage project budgets, outsourcing, and in-house execution plans; conduct weekly production meetings to track progress.>Ensure effective inter-departmental coordination to resolve project execution issues proactively.>Monitor client comments on drawings/designs, assess cost/delivery implications, and raise claims on time.>Manage cash flow planning for smooth project execution.>Handle contract management, contractor evaluation, and bill settlement.>Plan and arrange transportation, packing, and insurance in line with project guidelines.
