Project Manager Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master - Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Agile methodologies within the team. Your responsibilities will include: - Running all the Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews & retrospectives. - Reporting regularly on team progress, risks, and blockers to management. - Maintaining project status in Agile tracking software and preparing reports on status. - Communicating with the Product Owner and the team, tracking tasks, and ensuring quality in deliveries. - Identifying, documenting, and managing risks/issues in a timely manner, and collaborating with stakeholders for resolution. - Coaching the scrum team on Agile methodology and scrum practices. - Collaborating with the Product Owner to prioritize tasks and keep the team focused on Sprint and Program Increment objectives. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Around 7 years of experience in leading and managing agile IT development projects. - Proficiency in Agile Project Management tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivation, multitasking ability, and innovative problem-solving skills. - Capability to work effectively with stakeholders across the globe. This role requires a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field and is based in Bangalore.
